This is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!
It’s juicy and crispy and soooo flavorful!!
The ranch dressing is also a real keeper!
You can use it for so much!

Air fryer chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients:
* ¼ cup flour (gluten free all purpose flour, regular white flour, or almond flour)
* ½ cup panko bread crumbs can use gluten free
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ½ tsp paprika
* Zest of 1 lemon
* 1 tsp italian seasoning
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* salt + pepper
Instructions:
* Put the flour, egg and bread crumbs into 3 separate bowls. Add all the seasonings to the panko bread crumbs.
* Press each chicken breast into the flour, then the egg, then into the panko crumbs.
* Place chicken patties in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
* Set the temperature to 400°F and cook the chicken burgers for 9 minutes, then flipping them over and cooking for another 7-8 minutes or until they are fully cooked.OR bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until done.
* Toast your sourdough bread
* Assemble the chicken burgers by spreading toast with dressing, placing a patty on one slice and adding your favorite toppings.
Ranch Dressing
3/4 c avocado oil
1/4 c Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
Immersion blend
