Blondie Brownie(low carb)

Oh…how I love these healthy, low carb, no sugar blonde brownies. They’re pretty quick to make and don’t involve a ton of ingredients.

A sweet treat you can feel good about eating!

Blondie Brownies (low Carb/no sugar)

INGREDIENTS

* 3/4 cup granulated stevia (or sweetener of your choice)

* 2 large Eggs (room temperature)

* 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (softened)

* 1 tsp Vanilla extract

* 2 cups Blanched Almond Flour

* 1 tsp Baking powder

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

* Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.

* In a large bowl, use a hand mixer at medium speed to beat together “sugar” and butter, until fluffy.

* Beat in the eggs and vanilla at low speed.

* Add the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt and beat on low to medium speed until combined.

* Fold in the chopped walnuts.
spread the batter into the lined pan and smooth out. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown on top but still a bit moist

* Allow blondies to cool slicing.

* I like these best when they’ve been refrigerated for a bit, but they’re delicious at room temperature too.
