Chicken Avocado Burger

Super easy. Really quick. Sooo good!

Just combine all the ingredients and top with your favorite fixings!

I like to top mine with red onion, pickles and my healthy ranch dressing…of course!!

Ranch Recipe:


Chicken Avocado Burger

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1 large ripe avocado

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup panko crumbs (or almond flour for gluten free)

1 minced chipotle pepper (or poblano or jalapeño)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss gently. Shape into desired size patties and grill inside or out!
