Chia is so full of incredible nutrients…calcium, fiber and omega 3’s are so hard to get through diet!
Grinding it has been a game changer for me. I grind a few tablespoons at a time and store it in the fridge. This makes it so easy to sprinkle on my oatmeal, yogurt and in my smoothies without them getting stuck in my teeth!
Plus, grinding makes it easier to absorb all their goodness.
This pudding is so healthy…so good and good for you!
Enjoy!!
