INGREDIENTS 

* 1 Egg

* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

* ¼ cup Flaxseed Meal

* 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

* 2 teaspoons unsweetened organic Applesauce (this doesn’t make it taste sweet, just balances the flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS

* Combine all ingredients in bowl

* Spay a shallow bowl where the bottom is about the size of an English muffin with avocado spay

* Transfer batter to sprayed bowl.

* Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds


**OR**bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until tooth pick test comes out clean.


* Wait 1 minute to cool

* Slice in half to form your bread or bun
