Simple Delicious Yogurt Bowl

I absolutely love making this simple bowl for breakfast.


I actually intermittent fast, so it’s basically my lunch or brunch. It really works for any quick, light meal to be honest!


It’s like a cross between a smoothie and a bowl of cereal! I love that it’s creamier, richer tasting and so much more healthy than a traditional bowl of cereal too.


It’s thicker, chunkier and crunchier than a smoothie, which I find delightful!


It’s like throwing a party in my mouth! Hahaha!!


And, because it comes together in one bowl there’s no blender cleanup! Bonus!!


It’s so incredibly delicious, easy and it checks ALL the healthy boxes.

Ingredients:

3/4-1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Tablespoons nut milk

2 scoops Vanilla or chocolate protein powder( I use Vital Protein vanilla)

2- 3 Tablespoons freshly ground flax seed

1/3 cup Blueberries


Topping:

1/3 cup grain free keto nut granola or Catalina Crunch cinnamon cereal

OR

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 Tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut

1 Tablespoon pepitos


Instructions:

Stir protein powder and yogurt together in a bowl. Once well combined, add nut milk to thin to desired consistency. Add flax seed. Gently to stir to blend just a bit. Add blueberries and your choice of grain free granola/cereal or top with walnuts, coconut and pepitos.
